A one-hour consultation whether by meeting or phone conversation with your personal Wedding Coordinator from Adventures In Charleston. During the conversation, the Wedding Coordinator will listen and guide the Engaged Couple in the creation of their perfect Wedding and Reception. The Wedding Coordinator will also inform the Engaged Couple of the coordination options services available through Adventures In Charleston’s Kiawah Island Weddings and answer any questions that they might have.

Champagne Coordination (Package #1)

Recently engaged couples may require help planning their Kiawah Island Wedding from the finding the vendors to throwing the bouquet. Couples will stay in the loop and give their approval at every important juncture. Everything will be handled with the utmost care and attention. The Wedding Coordinator will be there every step of the way to make sure your wedding vision is fulfilled. She will be at the Wedding to ensure that it runs smoothly and beautifully, so all you have to do is enjoy your special day! With the Champagne Coordination package you can expect:

Design/Plan
  • Detailed meeting one month prior to your wedding to discuss your vision and expectations
  • Suggest & check availability of vendors, venues and services for your ceremony and reception
  • Schedule appointments with the vendors. Accompany you on as many meetings as possible
  • On-going communications with all vendors to ensure event is on track
  • Continued updates so you can see the progress of the wedding plans and coordination
  • Review the ordering of invitations.
  • Manage guest list and seating chart.
  • Assist on menu selection and menu design
  • Attend final vendor meetings
Create/Manage
  • Create and manage budgets, timelines and checklists
  • Negotiate and review all vendor contracts
  • Produce and manage your budget. and keep track of vendor payment schedules
  • Develop and keep track of a vendor payment schedule.
  • Provide gratuity advice.
  • Distribute payments/gratuities to vendors.
Final Preparations
  • Preparation of a comprehensive master schedule for the rehearsal and wedding day
  • Contact, confirm all arrangements and provide a detailed schedule to all vendors.
  • Organize a final walk-through of your venue with all vendors contracted
  • Event Supervision
  • Attend and coordinate rehearsal.
  • Coordination and supervision of vendors during the ceremony and reception
  • Develop processional, recessional and introduction sequences.
  • Transportation coordination.
  • Set up place cards, menu cards, guest books, pictures?etc.
  • Provide on-site emergency wedding tote (mints, tissues, safety pins etc.)
Wine and Roses Coordination (Package #2 — Day of Coordination)

Adventures In Charleston will supervise your Wedding Day and the Rehearsal to allow the couple who has already pre-planned every component, to relax and enjoy their Wedding knowing that an experienced professional is attending to every special detail.

  • Detailed meeting one month prior to your wedding to discuss your needs for coordinating the Wedding Day
  • Transportation Coordination.
  • Attend and coordinate Rehearsal.
