Charleston Adventure - Explore Charleston on a privately guided tour and live Charleston's history as Charlestonians do every day. Highlights include the Charleston Battery overlooking the Charleston Harbor and Fort Sumter, colorful Rainbow Row and the many stately mansions, buildings and churches, all of which have remained very much the same since the colonial and antebellum days. Lowcountry luncheons are available to enhance your tour experience.

Plantation Adventures - Slip back into the past as you experience the life of the early planters of cotton and rice. You will be charmed by the grace, beauty and wealth of these plantations.

Middleton Place - Home of the prominent Middleton family whose members included a president of the First Continental Congress, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, and a signer of the Ordnance of Seccession. This National Historic Landmark is famous for its fabulous gardens which were laid out in 1741, making them the oldest landscaped gardens in America.

Drayton Hall - Held in the Drayton family for seven generations, Drayton Hall (c. 1738) is the oldest and finest surviving examples of Georgian Palladian architecture in the South. Noted for its rich handcrafted detail, Drayton Hall is in amazingly pristine condition.

Bluff Plantation - This 2,000-acre rice plantation is now a wildlife sanctuary. Discover the natural world of Audubon, Bachman and Catesby as you experience the Wildlife Watch and Natural History Tour

Spring or Fall House & Garden Candlelight Tours
These unique afternoon and evening walking tours feature an inside look at many of the private homes and gardens dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. Champagne receptions and Oyster Roasts are offered on selected nights.

Spoleto Festival USA
Charleston is the site for the American season of the Spoleto, Italy Arts Festival. Created by famed Italian composer, Gian Carlo Menotti, the Spoleto Festival is a gathering of all the arts:  dance, music, poetry, opera, theatre, and  visual arts provide festival attendees with a "panoramic celebration of the senses."

Christmas in Charleston
Acclaimed as a December Top 20 Event in the Southeast, Christmas in Charleston is a joyous occasion. Special candlelight tours, colonial decorations, caroling, Christmas performances and plantation outings are all part of the festivities.

Private Homes & Gardens
Enjoy a true taste of "Southern hospitality" on your special evening at a private antebellum home overlooking the Charleston Harbor. Arrive by horse-drawn carriage to refreshing cocktails and hors d'oeuvres which are served in the garden, followed by a delightful dinner on the piazza.

Murder Mystery Evening
Come, if you dare, and experience the excitement, the intrigue, and the danger of a Murder Mystery Evening. The plot of the mystery will be tailored to your specific group and to your group's personality.

Old Exchange Building
Surround yourself with 300 years of history in "one of the Three Great Buildings of Colonial America," where George Washington was entertained when he visited Charleston. Your group will enjoy a most unique Cocktail Party setting, along with a tour of the building and its Provost Dungeon.

Luncheon Tours
A Lowcountry luncheon is the perfect complement to any tour. We can arrange your luncheon in a private home or garden or at a nearby plantation. Transportation to and from your hotel can be arranged as well.

House Tour and Tea
Stroll along Charleston's historic residential district where you will be invited in to see two lovely antebellum homes. Then refreshing tea will be served in a charming private garden.

Seminars For Fun
"Tengk Gaud Fuh Chaa'stun" means "Thank God for Charleston" in the Gullah language. Known as Charleston's most distinctive voice, Gullah is a Lowcountry language based in English with Creole and African influences. It is still spoken in the Southeast, mostly in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. This entertaining and informative seminar is just one of many that are perfect for a Spouse Program at breakfast, for instance.
